prepared from classical marc (in bulgarian djibri) after first distillation add to the rakia aniseeds and the rakia and distile for second time.After this leave the anise rakia around 65 alcohol degrees and leave in a big open barrel for a mount.Anise rakia should mature min. for one year to become smooth and light to drink.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-marc(fermented grapes and plums)&lt;br
